Michelle assists people with their individual property journeys in a truly bespoke fashion. She tailors the experience to suit each person’s exact needs, aiming to be a sounding board and source of trusted advice to help guide people to achieve their specific goals.

Michelle came to property from a career in customer service, which spanned more than eight years. This saw her work as a flight attendant, in receptionist and office administration roles including event planning and event management. She is adept at working with a wide range of people and has the ability to juggle many things at once and deal with high stress situations in an ever-changing environment.

Known as warm and welcoming, Michelle takes a truly customer-centric approach to real estate. She aims to exceed her customers’ expectations, making them feel highly valued and listened to. This means people inevitably feel safe to have open, honest conversations with Michelle about their dreams, goals and ambitions when it comes to the sale of their home – an essential ingredient in getting the best result. 

Living and working locally, Michelle loves exploring all that Palmerston North has to offer. Michelle’s life has seen her living in five countries. Born in The Netherlands she moved to New Zealand when she was eight and grew up on a farm in the South Waikato giving her a strong work ethic. She speaks Dutch and French and, being stereotypically Dutch, has a real no-nonsense, practical approach to life. In her spare time you will find her behind her sewing machine or with a good book in hand.
