Owns his own clothing business, runs a successful podcast providing the opportunity to interview some of the most talented sports and business people in NZ, several years of professional rugby history including Super Rugby, playing for New Zealand, and current member of the BOP Steamers. 

Carlos has a natural ability to articulate any topic to any audience. He’s managed to open his own physical clothing store and become captain of his club’s Premier Men’s Rugby side winning the championship, all while being a young father. 

Family and personable relationships are at the top of the list for Carlos he has a hunger for success and a desire to provide a fruitful life for his son.
