Tony Brazier, AREINX, Dip Bus (RE), BEd Business Development Manager

Tony has been in the real estate industry since the late 1980s and is known as an expert in his field of residential property investment.

He has contributed to various media, both written and radio on the status of the rental property market in Christchurch. He has also been on an advisory panel for the Real Estate Authority. 

For many years Tony specialised in selling residential investment properties, including flats, houses, apartments and land and he was one of New Zealand’s leading salespeople in this area. 

After the earthquakes in Christchurch, Tony assisted many management clients with their insurance issues and rebuilds. 

These days, having sold the business, Tony assists in the induction of new business both for sales and management and takes an advisory role for new clients. 

Tony is a property investor in both residential and commercial, along with other business interests and can well advise on the strength of property as a retirement income.
