A super easy block straight off the tar seal and almost entirely flat. Own set of cattle yards and powerlines on the roadside. A small mound of nice mature native trees add to the privacy and others around the edge of the estuary give the property a feeling of warmth and serenity. A small track down through the trees leads to an area where a small boat could be launched to net mullet, catch snapper, shoot ducks or just potter about in the upper reaches of the Hokianga Harbour.

A boundary adjustment and new title will be needed but if you are not in any great hurry this one is well worth waiting for. Possibly 12 months away.
